Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Fast Refund: Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Returns Policy
-Purchase (except final sale) can be returned AFTER goods are delivered within 30days.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Make Your Return:
Note: Customers need to get a return authorization from customer service, any return without records is non-acceptable.
Step 1: Initiate your return/exchange
Contact customer service(service@sobefree.com) to get the return authorization. Step 2: Receive the return instruction
After customer service checks the item status, you will get the return instructions soon.
Step 3: Pack&ship the item(s)
Please enclose a copy with the order number, full name, and email address. The package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.
Step 4: Provide the tracking number
Provide the tracking number to customer service, then confirm all the refunds/exchange information.
Step 5: Get the refunds/exchange
You will receive the refunds/exchange once we get the return package. Wait 2-5 days to check with customer service.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.
We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Note: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded before shipment,Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. if the order have already been shipped, We will NOT accept order cancellation request in principle, please apply for return after arrival.
